1. About us
618 Fungi Club supplies food supplements and mushroom products in the UK. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site.
3. Collections and medical disclaimer
Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation. We may reject orders (for example due to stock, pricing errors, or failed checks).
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take payment at checkout via approved payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery details.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Information. Risk in goods passes on delivery. See Shipping Information for details.
7. Cancellations and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel most distance contracts under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., opened consumables). 8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If goods are faulty or misdescribed, contact us for a repair, replacement or refund.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
